i will rant right now and no one can stop me

ngayon ko lang nalaman na dalawa na lang pala ang tao sa inbound pag sunday. yeah, whengie moved to a more CONVENIENT schedule because she got promoted and kenn was given a new day off (sat-sun) until october 1. with all honesty, i am happy for wheng and kenn. good for them.

the sad part is... or should i say the awful part is there will be just the two of us (me and the newbie, irene) taking a LOT of calls on a sunday. take note, a LOT of calls.

i am going to rant now. i just hate how they pull out people in the shift where we are receiving a lot of calls not considering that the manpower concerned has been sitting there for more than 8 hours already with less patience and most probably had been stressed because of taking A LOT of calls during that particular day. i just hate why there are a lot of manpower during the days there are less calls and less people when there are a lot of calls. biased?! yeah, call me whatever, i want to rant right now and no one can stop me.

so, please don't blame me if i will be irate during those sundays. if there is one thing na natutunan ko dito, yun ay ang pumatol sa mga bastos na customer. i don't give a damn kse if you are in my shoes i'm sure you will feel the same way.
